At Veronika Maine, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected garment is not quite right, we offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
